What's covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Battery failure within 12 months
• Water damage within the IP68 rating (sweat, rain, hand washing, splashes)
• Connectivity issues not caused by user

Not covered

• Intentional damage or modification
• Loss or theft
• Cracked screens and damage from drops or impact
• Normal battery wear after 12 months
